Union Square, San Francisco, San Francisco,

Thousands of women (and a few men) runners will conquer the hills of San Francisco on Sunday, October 19th for the 2014 Nike Women’s Half Marathon San Francisco.  This sell out event draws 25,000 runners and benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  The new race course begins at Union Square and finishes up at the Marina Green.  Because of the high demand for registration, there is a Random Draw format that makes registration fair for all interested participants.  Get ready for the race by checking out the Expotique at Union Square on Thursday, Oct. 16-18th.  Stop by the Kaiser Permanente booth and spend a few minutes “thriving.”
