Run, Sip, Savor is the slogan of the Kaiser Permanente Napa Valley Marathon and Half Marathon, which is coming up on Sunday, March 6th, 2022. Registration is now open and fills quickly. Sign up here so you don’t miss out. Organizers currently anticipate that the race will be run in person following guidelines and safety precautions from the state of California.

The race course follows the historic Silverado Trail south from Calistoga at the northern end of the Napa Valley to the town of Napa. The marathon begins at the junction of the Silverado Trail and Brannan Street while the half marathon starts at the Silverado Trail and Conn Creek. Both races finish at Vintage High School in Napa.

Finish line amenities include hot soup and bread, massage, gear pick-up, showers and physical therapy in addition to water and medical support.

The Napa Valley Marathon was established in 1979 and is a member of the Road Runners Club of America and Running USA, the largest and most influential running-related organizations in the world.

The Greater Kiwanis Club of Napa offers a 5K run in conjunction with the Napa Valley Marathon on Sunday, March 1st, 2020. The run is a quick out and back from the marathon finish line before the first marathoners arrive.
