Join Linda Shiue, MD, KPSF internist and professionally trained chef and discover how to cook globally inspired, seasonal cuisine in less time than it takes to get takeout.

Wednesday, April 21: Cooking to Reduce Food Waste

Join us for April’s Thrive Cooking Class, Recipes to Reduce Food Waste, and learn how to cook less wastefully in honor of Earth Day! Together we’ll discover how scraps have the potential to inspire new recipes.

Class orientation, 6 p.m./Online Class, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Member Fee: $25
Non-member Fee: $30 plus $10 materials fee
