Grab your sisters, mothers, daughters and girlfriends for the 10th Annual Kaiser Permanente Women’s Fitness Festival. Registration is now open for this popular event, which features 10K and 5K options. There is also a girls’ Princess Run complete with tiara for girls 12 and under.

The scenic course begins at the state capital and goes through downtown Sacramento past iconic landmarks like Sutter’s Fort.

After the race, take advantage of free Kaiser Permanente Health Care Screenings. Enjoy a post-race mimosa in the mimosa garden breakfast in the Whole Foods Market, and sample the wares in the Blue Diamonds Almonds Flavor Tasting Zone.

The race benefits WEAVE (Women Escaping A Violent Environment) an organization working to end domestic violence and sexual assault in partnership with the community.

Race Day Schedule

6:15 – 9:30 a.m. Race Day – Packet Pick-up
7:30-Noon Kaiser Permanente Women’s Fitness Festival and Expo
7:30 a.m. 5K and 10K start
9:30 a.m. Girls princess run for 12 and under.

Race Route

The Start will take place near 9th and L Street and participants will finish on 10th Street in front of the State Capitol in Sacramento.
