Learn new dishes to add to your cooking repertoire by attending the Thrive Kitchen, a hands-on, healthy cooking class at Kaiser Permanente. Linda Shiue, MD, is a KPSF internist, professionally trained chef, and author, who teaches monthly classes open to anyone interested in learning to cook delicious, healthy food inspired by cuisines from around the world.
