Learn delicious new dishes to add to your cooking repertoire by attending the Thrive Kitchen, a series of hands-on, healthy cooking classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Classes are taught by Linda Shiue, MD, a KPSF internist, professionally trained chef, and author.

The topic of the July class is Spanish Summer, and during the two-hour session you’ll learn to make gazpacho, the tasty chilled Spanish soup, and a variety of tapas, or Spanish small plates.
