This month’s Thrive Kitchen cooking class is Eat Your Greens! We’ll learn to cook delicious, healthy dishes that feature leafy greens and herbs in this hands-on, healthy cooking class. Linda Shiue, MD, KPSF internist and professionally trained chef, teaches the monthly classes at the Mission Bay Medical Offices, 1600 Owens St., from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Learn a new dish to add to your cooking repertoire, sample the dishes we cook, and get your questions answered in a nutrition Q&A.

Classes are held the second Wednesday of the month in the Thrive Kitchen at Kaiser Permanente Mission Bay. A different menu is offered each month.
