Add a new dish or two to your cooking repertoire by attending a class at the Thrive Kitchen. Linda Shiue, MD, Internist at Kaiser Permanente and professionally trained chef teaches the monthly classes at Kaiser Permanente Mission Bay Medical Offices, 1600 Owens Street, San Francisco.

October is the month of all things pumpkin, and in this class we’ll learn to cook both savory and sweet dishes featuring pumpkin and other winter squash such as butternut and kabocha. Thrive Kitchen classes also teach you about nutrition and gain some kitchen skills that will make the cooking process faster and easier.
