Back to school means a busier schedule for families with children. Meal planning and prep can save the day! In this workshop you’ll learn how to make easy, simple and delicious veggie burgers, a family-friendly dish that everyone loves. And veggie burgers are also the perfect quick after-work meal if you’re cooking just for yourself! We’ll learn interesting ways to vary the flavor with herbs, sauces and spices. And we’ll have plenty of time for your questions.
The Thrive Kitchen offers monthly virtual cooking classes open to anyone interested in learning to cook delicious, healthy food inspired by cuisines from around the world. Join Linda Shiue, MD, KPSF internist and professionally trained chef, and discover how to make delicious, healthy, seasonal meals in less time than it takes to get takeout.
